1. Campus Special Series: Using a lifting hydraulic system, the height of the basket is steplessly adjusted within the range of 2.6 m-3.05m, and the adjustment accuracy is ± 1mm. In the practical application of Luoyang Geology and Mineral Bilingual School in Henan Province, the system supports all-age training from primary school to Senior high school, with a daily adjustment frequency of 15 times and a motor life of more than 50000 times. The LED lighting module is added under the backboard, and the illumination uniformity reaches 0.8, which meets the needs of night training.
2. Community Sharing Series: For high flow density scenes, an anti-collision arc base is designed, and the collision energy absorption rate is increased by 60%. In the community sports center of Chengguan Central School in Suixi County, Huaibei City, Anhui Province, the base is designed with R200mm rounded corners and matched with 300mm wide EVA protective plates. After simulation tests, it can withstand the impact of 100kg objects at a speed of 5 m/s without structural failure.
3. Venue Competition Series: Through FIBA level 2 certification, equipped with elastic shock-absorbing basket, can withstand 100000 simulated dunk tests. In the professional competition venues of Hunan Provincial Sports Bureau, the basket is treated with 16mm solid round steel hot galvanizing, with a zinc layer thickness of 85μm m, and with a double spring shock absorption system, the rebound time is controlled within 0.3 seconds to ensure the consistency of the rebound height of the competition ball.
3. Production System: Collaborative Innovation of Standardization and Customization
The company has a 12000 ㎡ standardized production workshop, the introduction of laser pipe cutting machine, robot welding workstation and other intelligent equipment. In the customized project of Wugong Mountain Secondary Specialized School in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, the transformation from scheme to production was realized within 72 hours through parametric design software. The CO₂ shielded welding process is adopted in the welding process, and the qualified rate of the weld is 99.9%, and the defect rate is less than 0.02% after ultrasonic flaw detection.
